I want you to back up on the green deal issues, and I want you to think about rally what the core of this problem is. It really is consumerism, the fact that we buy much more than we need, and we don't pay attention to the ingredients of different products that we bring into our environment. It also has to do with the ignorance of the effects of our own behavior.
When I was preparing this lecture over the past couple days, I have to admit that I got really angry with myself. I got angry, and I got surprised, because I think of myself as somebody who should have known better. I should have adjusted my lifestyle to what I recognize as a potential threat, not just to the environment, not just to population, but to my own kids.
